Why hire a track day car?

Hiring a Track Day Car gives you the opportunity to try different vehicles each time you attend a track day instead of being restricted to your one vehicle and with someone else worrying about getting it there, the servicing repairs and mechanical side of things it leaves you to worry about only one thing THE DRIVING.

Our Track Day Cars are available in two basic ways.

Firstly you can hire a car for the full day at a Circuit of your choice anywhere in the UK or Europe.

We will organise everything from the booking of the track day, delivery, and maintenance of the car for the whole day the first tank of fuel and insurance in the event of an incident on track (Excess Applies).

Cars can be hired by individuals or groups to share the cost. The cost of the vehicle includes for 2 drivers but additional drivers can be added for a small cost.

To book you just need to ring and gives us your requirements and we will search to find the best day to suit your needs. After that you can sit back and leave the rest to us. The next thing you have to worry about is to get yourself to the circuit on the right day where you will attend the mandatory drivers briefing (usually about 30 mins.). Then after familiarising yourself with your chosen car it's time to helmet up and make your way out onto the track. Cars can be run for a maximum of 20 minutes every half hour allowing them and you some time to rest and cool down. Each of our days is attended by an experienced instructor who will be happy to join you out on track and give you some pointers to help you get more from your driving experience and with each car containing the latest data loggers you will be able to look back during the day and review your performance. We can even down load you a copy to take home for bragging at work.

Race Hire & Drive

Looking to take the plunge into the world of racing but donÕt want the trouble or have the expertise to run a car yourself then you need to hire a drive in one of our range of arrive and drive race cars. Run by the crew from PRESTIGE MOTORSPORT we have the expertise you are looking for.

We have seats available for the 2009 season in our Funcup cars competing in the UK series. The Funcup is an endurance championship ran over 6 rounds with races from 4 to 25 hours in length. Our 41 car has had several podiums in the 2006/2007 and 2008 seasons and is a regular top 10 finisher both in the UK and Belgium championships with outings at Spa Franchochamps and Dijon. Our 195 prepared for Scarab Racing is going diesel for 2009 season. After competing in the Belgium series in 2008 they are returning to contest the 2009 UK championship.

You can rent a drive for a single race right through to the full season and with hospitality thrown in and the friendliest team in the paddock is a great way to spend that precious time off.

Preparation

With over 30 years jointly in racing and preparing cars we have the ability to help you run and prepare your car for a variety of championships. We have experience in preparing and maintaining endurance cars, Modified Fords and several rallycross cars we even look after a monster truck for advertising company BigonWheels.
