TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

The terms and conditions stated below are final and binding. By making a booking with Trackcars4hire you are deemed to agree to and abide by them. If you have any disagreements these must be raised prior to making a booking by contacting Trackcars4hire. All drivers and passengers must read and understand the terms and conditions and a booking signifies your agreement.

Regulations of Hire.

All drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence which must be produced on the day of the event.

Attendance of safety briefing by circuit is mandatory for all drivers and passengers. In the event of drivers being excluded by circuit from driving due to non attendance no refunds will be given.

Drivers and passengers must not be under the influence of alcohol or any other substance likely to affect there driving ability prior to on during the event. Trackcars4hire reserve the right to exclude anyone from being a driver or passenger who they suspect to be under the influence of any such substances. The decision of the Trackcars4hire representative on the day is final and no refunds will be offered.

Drivers bring passengers or spectators will be responsible for the behaviour of there guest at all time.

Car Hire.

Trackcars4hire cars can be hired for track days and corporate events at circuits in the UK and Europe. If any vehicles are driven outside what is deemed by Trackcars4hire staff there can be levied a charge of £100 for the first incident followed by exclusion from the day with no refunds if driver is deemed not to drive within limits set out by Trackcars4hire.

If a vehicle results in mechanical damage as a result of Driver misuse/misconduct a charge for all repairs will be invoiced to the hirer. Vehicles are run with set maximum rev limits and monitored by data logging equipment. Hirers will be charged for all incidents of over revving at rate of £25 per 100 rpm over the set limits. This will be invoiced to the hirer after the event and deducted from money deposited with Trackcars4hire.

As part of the hire agreement it is understood that cars will not be driven for periods of longer than 20 minutes in every 30 minutes allowing time for engine, brakes and tyres to cool down to increase reliability and longevity. This is increase to 45 minutes with 15 min breaks for endurance cars (e.g. Funcup Beetles).

If the terms of this hire agreement are not adhered to then Trackcars4hire reserve the right to remove the vehicles from the event without any refund being offered.

Payments, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

Payment must be made in full at time of booking. Payment can be made via cheque or bank transfer.

Insurance excess deposit must be paid 48 hours prior to event.

Refunds will be given in the following circumstances; failure by Trackcars4hire to deliver vehicle(s) to the event/hire day. In the event of mechanical failure which has not resulted from a driver(s) fault. In this case a pro rata refund or alternative day will be offered.

Cancellation terms as follows; a full refund if 60 days notice is given before event date, a 50% refund if 28ndays notice and 0% less than 28 days notice.

Trackcars4hire reserve the right to cancel or refuse any bookings and passengers from riding in the Trackcars4hire vehicle(s).

Trackcars4hire reserve the right to postpone an event or reduce the number of cars available if Trackcars4hire do not have enough clients to make an event economically viable.

Insurances and Liability

You understand the Trackcars4hire cars will be your sole responsibility whilst driving on the track or paddock.

All drivers will be required to sign an indemnity form before they are permitted to take part in track day event or car hire service.

All passengers will be made aware that these terms and conditions exist and will be required to sign an indemnity form.

Insurance in the event of damage to vehicles is supplied in the cost of your booking. However each vehicle has an insurance excess that is the hirers responsibility and which must be deposited with Trackcars4hire prior 48 hours prior to event date.

In the event of a Trackcars4hire vehicle being damage deposited excess will be held and balance returned after repairs carried out to damaged vehicle are completed. Hirer will be invoiced for this amount.

Damaged caused to track surface or trackside objects as a result of an accident/incident caused by yourself including nut not limited to trackside barriers, trackside walls, tyre barriers, trackside cones and trackside markers will be liable to the driver and charged on the day.

Safety.

Trackcars4hire operates a safety policy and exercises this policy with due care and diligence.

Mechanically all Trackcars4hire vehicles are provided in an excellent road going and track worthy condition and in booking Trackcars4hire track day or entering a hire agreement users accept the vehicles as delivered to be in a safe condition.

Trackcars4hire employees and representatives reserve the right to prevent individuals from taking further part in any Trackcars4hire event if the individual is deemed to be hazardous to themselves and others. The decision of the Trackcars4hire representative is final and no refunds will be given.

It is a requirement of track days that suitable helmets, long sleeves and suitable footwear are required. Trackcars4hire can supply helmets for use at there events.

Motor sport and track days are dangerous. Incidents may cause death, serious injury or disability. Your participation in this activity is done solely on your own free will. You agree not to hold Trackcars4hire their employees, instructors or agents responsible for any accidents and damage that may result in serious injury or death to yourself or fellow group drivers or friends or family on day of participation.

Force Majeure

Trackcars4hire will not be responsible for any event out of its control that results in lost track time such as, extreme weather conditions, circuit closure due to incidents or any other event that is considered out of the control of the company.

I/we have read and understand and agree to be bound to the above terms and conditions as set out by Trackcars4hire.
